Project Summary

Monforte is expanding its business in hopes of recouping losses due to COVID-19. To that end, we are transforming our current storefront into an eatery that incorporates a charcuterie shop as well. In addition to serving food at the storefront, we will also produce more products to be sold at our regularly attended farmers' markets. To that end, we have installed restaurant-grade equipment, some of which we already own, and have re-structured of our current layout in order to cook and serve food.
